Zone 6 — Agriculture / Support

Phase Gate

Each zone activates only after funding, staffing, safety, and demand are ready.

Hybrid nonprofit + for-profit model

The nonprofit side protects the charitable mission. The internal profit center supports mission-aligned earned revenue so the ranch can become more self-sustaining over time.
